Return and Refund Policy

At Zarena 1970 LTD, we strive to provide our customers with quality products that they will love. If you have found that you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill out the physical form provided with every shipment.

Please note that the transportation cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are required to send back the product to us within 14 days from the date it was received.

The product should be returned to us in its original packaging, complete, and without any damage. We expect the returned product to be in a saleable condition, which allows us to sell it as new. Any damage or evident wear and tear on the product could lead to a refusal of refund or a deduction in the refundable amount.

Refunds Upon receiving the returned product, we will verify its condition and process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Incorrect Product If you have received an incorrect product, please notify us by email at info@zarena.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the product. Fill in the return product form, mentioning "incorrect product received" as the reason. In the case of an incorrect product, the transportation costs for the return will be borne by us.

The product should be returned in the condition in which it was received: with attached labels, in the original packaging, and with good commercial appearance (the product should not have signs of use, be torn, scratched, etc). The integrity and external commercial appearance of the product's packaging/box should not be violated.
